Mandolyn McIntyre is the only Real Luxury agent in Vermont and the sole Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in Rutland County. With an average of $10M in annual sales, a 2022 Rising Star Award, and recognition as one of RisMedia's Top 5 in the Northeast and Top 25 in the country for Rookie of the Year in 2022, she’s a standout in the luxury market. Consistently ranked among the top 10 agents in Rutland County, Mandolyn has also been nominated for Real Estate Agent of the Year in Rutland's Best of the Best for 2024 and NAR member of the Year for GMAR in 2024.

 

As the Director of Rutland County for the Green Mountain NAR and a former board member for the Rutland County Humane Society, Mandolyn is deeply connected to her community. Her global marketing perspective is backed by a Master's Degree in Global Marketing and Advertising from Emerson College, and a career that has taken her through vibrant markets like Los Angeles, New York, Boston, South Korea, and London. Her experience as a top television advertising executive with Hearst Television in Burlington, Vermont, further enhances her negotiation and marketing skills.

 

Mandolyn lives off-grid with her husband and real estate partner, Tyler Crow, in a home they built themselves. They share their space with two dogs, two cats, two goats, chickens, and bees. When she’s not working with clients, Mandolyn loves traveling the globe, enjoying fine food and wine, exploring film photography, and spending quality time with friends.
